Quoted Rates:
Rates quoted in your online booking are based on the selected number of occupants and length of stay and any alterations to these details may affect the nightly rate charged.

Guaranteed Reservations:
In order to confirm your reservation, a deposit of the first night's stay is required.  Alternatively we are happy to pre-authorise your credit card for the same amount.  Any further amount to settle is due on check in. We accept Visa and Mastercard.  Your card will be held as security for your stay and utilised for any applicable cancellation or non-arrival charges. This card may also be used for any charges remaining unpaid on check-out.  Please note that payment by credit card attracts a surcharge of 3%

Check-in / Check-out:
Check-in is from 2pm. Your room may be available prior to this time, however we cannot guarantee access before 2pm. Check-out is 10am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available by arrangement subject to availability and an additional charge.

Payment at check-in:
A valid credit card will be requested from the occupant of the room when checking in. Payment via third party credit cards may be arranged in advance by contacting the hotel directly. For guests without a credit card, photo ID will be requested and full cash payment of accommodation plus a bond for incidental charges will be required at check-in. Bonds vary by length of stay.

Cancellation:

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before 10pm on the day of arrival receive full refund less $25 

cancellation fee.  Cancellations made less than 48 hours before 10pm on the day of arrival receive NO refund

Group bookings:  Special conditions apply for bookings comprising 3 or more rooms

By making a reservation with Ventura Inn & Suites Hamilton, you agree to the terms and conditions above and you acknowledge that the named guest will be personally liable for all accommodation and incidental costs charged to the room after check-in, for any loss or damage to the room during their stay, for any cancellation or non-arrival fees, and for any debt collection costs incurred.

With the exception of trained guide dogs for sight impaired guests, pets and animals are not permitted within the building or grounds of Ventura Inn & Suites
